Abigail’s sessions are treatment oriented, with a priority on relaxation. She strongly believes that to be able to receive full benefit from any type of body work, a person must first be in a place that feels warm, comfortable, and safe for the body to let its guard down and move into an introspective, healing, and rejuvenating space. She uses a handful of techniques including swedish massage, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release among others. She loves to facilitate and integrate movement through all the subtle layers of tissue throughout the body. Her clients often comment on her intuitive touch, flow, and ability to follow tension throughout the whole body, approaching it in a comprehensive and targeted way. Since every body is unique, every massage is specific. Each session is directly built towards your requests and body’s needs.
